p>As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle for 20+ requisitions across various departments. You will collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs, source candidates, and guide them through the recruitment process-from initial outreach to onboarding.

Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a diverse range of hourly and salaried roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating offers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and team goals.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies through job boards, professional networks, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and report on hiring trends to ensure continuous improvement.

Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, with demonstrated success in managing high-volume requisitions.
  • Strong experience recruiting for both hourly and salaried positions.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities without close supervision.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards.
