Role SummaryThe Senior Tax Accountant is a full‑time, entrepreneurial hire who will become the first full‑time staff member and learn how to manage a fast‑growing small tax practice. ResponsibilitiesPrepare hundreds of partnership, S‑Corp, and individual tax returns (1065, 1120‑S, 1040) for HNW clients, most of whom have real estate investments designed to take advantage of the OZ tax incentive.Correspond directly with >75 clients and conduct tax research and strategy/planning for real estate and business entities.Develop deep technical knowledge of the OZ tax incentive and high‑quality client relationships.
