Genie Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced LPN, (LTC) to fill an opening located in Claremont, NH for $1767.2/Week (taxed + non-taxed)
Gross week:$1767.2/week
Non taxable Stipend:$1162/Week | $29.05/Hour
Taxable pay:$605.2/Week | $15.13/Hour
Blended Hourly:$44.18/hr
Requirements of the (LPN):
● Must have AHA BLS certification
● Must have valid NH, LPN License
● Must have at least 1 years of experience in LPN, LTC
Responsibilities of the (LPN):
● Shift: 8hr Nights
● 40 hours/wk
● 13 week contract
Every other weekend/Holiday coverage required
## Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians, ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients in various medical settings.
## Duties
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any deviations from normal levels
- Assist in patient assessments and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop care plans
- Perform routine procedures such as IV insertions, wound care, and catheterizations
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations
## Requirements
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice
- Experience or knowledge in critical care, occupational health, senior care, urgent care, and medical office settings
- Proficiency in Epic or similar electronic health record systems
- Ability to perform tasks such as spinal taps, case management, infectious disease care, and IV insertions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
