MAPMG physicians are salaried, without the pressures of alternative payment models or fee-for-services. Our members have easy access to specialists and medical records, thus allowing you to treat the whole patient.
What You Can Expect:
- This position is listed as a 0.7FTE, which is the equivalent of 28 hours per week and is reflected in the salary listed below
- Provide primary care for patients in your community
- Staff clinical sessions at medical centers during clinic hours of 8a-5pm, with approximately 4 to 4 working hours per clinical session
- Work a consistent schedule of either 3 or 4 days in clinic and enjoy either one full day OR two days off
- No weekend work, no call schedule, no rotations
- Daily dedicated admin time
- Document visit notes and post-visit summaries in EPIC EMR
- Treat patients in clinic via in-person, video and phone appointments
Minimum Requirements:
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Eligible
- Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia
- Work visa sponsorship is available for eligible applicants

The starting annual salary for this position is $210,000 which considers an applicants skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
