Experienced Principal Engineer
15+ years of hands-on experience in architecting, designing, and deploying scalable ML/AI solutions. Proven expertise in developing machine learning algorithms and NLP tools that drive business outcomes.
Strong command of programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or Scala. Proficiency with ML/AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Deep familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).
Expertise in deploying and scaling ML/AI solutions in cloud environments.
Experience leading teams of AI developers, driving collaborative projects, and mentoring junior staff.
Proven ability to implement ML/AI solutions that achieve measurable efficiency results, including improved operational workflows and better business decision-making.
Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Able to influence senior leadership and stakeholders through compelling data and Insights.
Published papers, articles, or research in ML/AI journals or prominent conferences.
Experience as a speaker at ML/AI conferences.
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field; PhD is a plus
DUTIES:
Work with product teams using multiple platforms such as Microsoft or NVIDIA
Published relevant thought leadership pieces and presenting at conferences
Spearhead the design, development, and deployment of ML/AI models, particularly in natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning. Drive innovation and thought leadership by publishing research, presenting at conferences, and contributing to high-impact AI projects.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and business stakeholders, to develop solutions that meet both technical and business needs across multiple platforms (e.g., Microsoft, NVIDIA).
Lead the design and development of machine learning algorithms from prototyping to rigorous training, validation, and deployment. Optimize models to deliver measurable business outcomes such as enhanced decision-making, efficiency improvements, and cost reductions.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members and AI developers. Foster an environment of collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
Oversee the management of ML/AI projects, ensuring seamless data collection, preprocessing, and quality assurance to uphold data integrity. Implement robust data handling protocols and security measures.
Ensure that implemented models and AI tools drive quantifiable efficiency gains and business outcomes. Deliver ML/AI solutions that scale effectively, with a focus on operational impact and measurable results.
Maintain an active presence in the ML/AI community. Stay current with emerging trends, methodologies, and technologies, ensuring that the company remains at the cutting edge of ML/AI innovation.
Publish relevant thought leadership content, papers, and blogs in the ML/AI domain. Present research and innovations at industry conferences, positioning the company as a leader in the ML/AI space.
