Description Ford is seeking an Experienced Project Manager who will lead and oversee projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring each job is completed safely, within specifications, on budget, and to the full satisfaction of our customers. In this role, you'll drive project execution while championing Ford's safety programs, focusing on both vehicle and job site safety. What You'll Do Lead Projects End-to-End: Oversee project planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout, ensuring quality and safety standards. Ensure Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce Ford's safety programs, with an emphasis on vehicle and job site safety, and maintain awareness of OSHA protocols. Manage Budgets and Timelines: Complete projects on time and within budget by managing resources and identifying challenges early. Communicate Effectively: Serve as the primary contact for clients, team members, and stakeholders; provide clear, timely updates. Utilize Technology: Use scheduling software and office tools (Outlook, Excel) to track progress and address issues. What We're Looking For Proven supervisory and management experience, with ability to guide teams through complex projects. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail from planning to execution. Familiarity with safety and OSHA protocols, with ability to foster a safety culture. Proficiency in essential software tools, with background in construction, engineering, leadership, or management. Certifications like PMP and/or CTS are a plus, as is experience in AV installation and commercial construction. Ready to Apply?
