While we’re not actively hiring for this role today, we’re always looking to connect with experienced General Superintendents who are interested in future opportunities with our renewable energy team.By joining our Talent Community, you’ll be the first to hear about new openings—and we’ll reach out when your background aligns with upcoming projects.WHAT YOU'LL DO (WHEN THE TIME COMES):Lead Construction ExcellenceChampion safe, efficient, and high-quality construction methods across all phases—engineering, planning, startup, execution, and closeout.Serve as a subject matter expert and coach for Superintendents, Foremen, and field teams.Develop and refine standardized work plans and best practices for solar EPC delivery.Train & Mentor Field TeamsWork side-by-side with site leadership to ensure consistent execution and professional development.Support pre-construction planning for labor, equipment, and materials.Ensure adherence to design specs, safety protocols, and quality standards.Collaborate Across TeamsPartner with Estimating, Business Development, and Site Managers to align on strategy and execution.Provide feedback loops to improve methods and drive continuous improvement.Support site staffing, licensing, and public engagement as needed.WHAT WE LOOK FOR:Extensive experience in utility-scale solar or similar construction environmentsProven leadership and mentoring skills across diverse field teamsStrong understanding of construction methods, tools, and equipmentAbility to read and interpret drawings, specs, and contract documentsSolid grasp of job costing and project planningExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsWillingness to travel 75%+ and work on-site weeklyValid driver’s license and clean MVRPERKS AND BENEFITS:Competitive salary range: $150,000–$220,000, based on experience401(k) with employer matchHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off + 10 paid holidaysEmployee stock purchase planPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Must comply with client safety requirements (e.g., clean-shaven, long sleeves, steel-toe boots).Must pass a physical exam if required.Able to:Climb and maintain balance on ladders, scaffolding, and stairways.Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work at heights or in confined spaces (e.g., towers, vessels, excavations).Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
