What You'll Do Manage the sales team. Oversee the BDRs and the Regional Sales Managers Create and execute a territory plan that supports booking objectives within new and existing customer accounts With support from Solution Engineers, you will lead discovery calls and software demonstrations of B2W products Attend industry trade shows and be deployable to travel as necessary in support of new and existing account development Who You Are 5 - 7 years of successful sales in complex enterprise software Experience in construction industry is a HUGE plus Strong interpersonal communication and engagement skills Self‑motivated, with a strong desire to work in a collaborative environment Compensation: $90K - 120K with $180K - $240K OTE Seniority level: Director Employment type: Full-time Job function: Sales and Business Development Industries: Staffing and Recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr
