Job Description Role Summary The Executive Assistant, Global Franchise Strategy will support two senior leaders (SVP and VP) by managing a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks. This role requires exceptional planning, time management, and calendar coordination skills to ensure smooth scheduling operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adept at multitasking, and demonstrates strong communication skills, professionalism, and a proactive approach to learning. The position offers exposure to strategic planning and brand marketing, while also providing support to other team members as needed. Ideal applicants will have a proven passion for administrative excellence and view this role as a professional career path. Hourly pay range: $29.00‑38.47 Qualifications Responsibilities Include Provide comprehensive administrative support to two executives Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events and travel Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure all logistics are seamless Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them. Navigate political nuances between multiple business segments and leaders with varying agendas across the organization Support the Franchise Strategy team with logistics, meeting preparation, and light project coordination Collaborate with Talent & Culture to deliver team communications Assist with departmental initiatives, including team‑building activities, charitable events, and volunteer opportunities Prepare and process expense reports Perform general office and clerical duties Maintain a professional and positive presence in all internal and external interactions Execute additional tasks as assigned Support special projects and ad‑hoc requests as needed Basic Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leadership for a minimum 5 years preferably in marketing, entertainment, or licensing Proven ability to manage meetings, travel arrangements, and general office operations Calendar Management Coordinate and maintain complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings across multiple time zones Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them Travel Coordination Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure all logistics are seamless Expense Management Process and reconcile expense reports accurately and in a timely manner Ensure compliance with company policies and budget guidelines Meeting & Event Support Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting materials Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, including virtual platforms Communication & Liaison Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders Draft and proofread correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality Administrative Excellence Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation Support special projects and ad‑hoc requests as needed Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast‑paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor Self‑motivated, resourceful, and capable of independent problem‑solving and follow‑through High attention to detail and accuracy Willingness to learn new systems for expense reporting, travel booking, and asset management Strong understanding of the professional tone required in a corporate environment Proficiency in Keynote and Microsoft Office Suite Hybrid Work Requirement This role is designated as hybrid and currently requires a minimum of four in‑office days per week (Monday‑Thursday) beginning January 5, 2026. The Company may adjust in‑office expectations at its discretion.
