Description

General Purpose of Position: Responsible for the day to day field operations on location and maintaining good relationships with our base clientele. Leadership role in safety, environmental, and team building are all key directives.

Essential Job Duties:
  1. Uphold and enforce all company polices on site including safety.
  2. Ensure ethical behavior in all aspects of the business.
  3. Work with Service Supervisor(s) to ensure safe management of job setup, travel, and return of all personnel and equipment.
  4. Work with Service Supervisor(s) to ensure on-time execution of jobs, maintain high-quality performance, and all compliance needs are met.
  5. Work with management to monitor individual employee performance.
  6. Assist management with performance evaluation process (performance reviews).
  7. Support, provide input, and participate in the employee job bonus programs.
  8. Provide input to top management on how to enhance operational methods and techniques.
  9. Work with Service Supervisor(s) and HR in resolving employee relations issues through the use of corrective and preventative measures.
  10. Assist and coach Service Supervisor on all of their responsibilities as needed (refer to Service Supervisor Job Description).
  11. Interact with customers, vendors, coworkers, and others to promote a positive image of the position and the company.
Additional Job Duties:
  1. Assist with employee investigations and keep information confidential.
  2. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained.
  3. Provide leadership at all times through action and behavior.
  4. Communicate any issues to management.
  5. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with hazmat, air brake, and tanker endorsements preferred
  3. 5 to 7 years frac experience with 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience.
  4. Knowledge of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  5. Must be able to stand, sit, bend, or climb for long periods of time
  6. Ability to lift 50lbs or more
  7. Ability to work irregular hours and be on call at all times
  8. Ability to effectively communicate and lead
  9. Ability to successfully solve problems
  10. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
  11. Comply with all Stingray policies and procedures and all health and safety policies


Environment: Frequent exposure to outdoor elements including wet, humid conditions and extreme heat or cold.
