Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Endoscopy Technician located in Oak Lawn, IL. The Endoscopy Technician will be responsible for assisting in endoscopy procedures, ensuring proper sterilization of instruments and equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Additional responsibilities include assisting physicians during procedure, preparing procedure rooms for procedures, supporting endoscopists preferences, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping to meet medical and regulatory standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Endoscopy procedures and related tasks Knowledge of reprocessing techniques and protocols Skills in GI Technology and assisting in medical procedures Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety Ability to work effectively in a team and perform in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred Relevant certifications for surgical or endoscopic assistance are an advantage BLS required Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Health Care Provider Industries Medical Practices #J-18808-Ljbffr
