Experience working on a Acquisition / program management team tracking and ensuring requirements are being met
Extensive knowledge and hands on experience handling Government Purchase Card (GPC) Programs
Experience conducting audits and reviews of GPC transactions to identify discrepancies, potential fraud, or misuse, and take appropriate corrective actions as necessary
Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite to include PowerPoint and Outlook
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Self starter and highly motivated
Well organized and able to track and handle multiple tasks and demanding workloads
Bachelor's degree in a related field
DUTIES:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all GPC-related inquiries and issues, providing guidance and support
Provide additional support to the acquisition and management team by tracking various tasks and helping ensure deadlines are met
Develops and implements policies, procedures, and guidelines governing the issuance, usage, and reconciliation of government purchase cards in accordance with federal regulations and organizational policies
Stays informed about changes in GPC regulations, policies, and procedures, and communicates updates to relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance
Prepares documentation review for various documents, including acquisition, other program documents, technical papers, and correspondence
Ensure documents are prepared in the appropriate format and are free from grammatical errors.
Support senior acquisitions team members in tracking managing contracts for Government client to ensure the work is meeting expectation and on schedule per contract agreements
