Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:Responsibilities-Develop and apply cutting-edge AI/ML techniques to address technical challenges in aerospace and defense applications.-Support the rapid development of innovative demonstrations and prototypes to mature AI/ML-enabled autonomous systems, including modeling, simulation, and integration to real-world vehicles.-Support or lead applied research and development programs in collaboration with external partners, including MIT and other institutions.-Contribute to the preparation of new R&D project proposals for government programsMinimum Requirements-Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.-3+ years of experience with machine learning algorithms and tools (e.g., PyTorch), artificial intelligence, computer vision, or natural language processing.-Experience with software development (e.g., Python).-Must be a US Person (US citizen or permanent resident/Green Card holder)Preferred Requirements-PhD degree or equivalent practical experience.-Experience with robotics or autonomous vehiclesPhysical Requirements-Occasional travel may be required.-The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at Cambridge, MA, or Manassas, VA. Proximity to one of these locations is required.Salary Range (Annualized USD)Minimum Range: $94,000.00 to $167,000.00Maximum Range: $113,000.00 to $202,000.00
