Primary Responsibilities Manage talent, inspire the team, and ensure every customer leaves with a great experience. Oversee all store operations with an emphasis on meeting or exceeding sales goals, managing the budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory. Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring staff follow safety and security rules and Company policies. Foster an environment of diversity, inclusion and belonging.
