Impact you will have Lead at scale: Independently scope, plan, and execute programs that drive connection and belonging for thousands of employees, balancing immediate delivery with long‑term strategy. Shape the future: Pilot and scale new global initiatives that transform how employees engage and feel valued, influencing senior leaders to align on priorities and resourcing. Drive operational excellence: Build and embed scalable processes, toolkits, and playbooks that set standards others adopt across the company. Elevate through insights: Use metrics, data, and external benchmarks to demonstrate impact, inform decisions, and continuously evolve programs. Amplify connection channels: Partner with leaders and employee groups to strengthen inclusion and engagement, ensuring consistent, high‑quality experiences. Support compliance‑related requests and changes: Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure all programming meets policy, reporting, and regulatory requirements. What we look for Proven program management experience leading large, complex, cross‑functional initiatives with minimal oversight. Strong background in employee experience, culture, or related fields, with a track record of delivering programs that reach 10,000+ global employees. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and inspire action across teams. Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring structure to evolving ideas, turning them into strategies with measurable business and cultural impact. Skilled facilitator and relationship‑builder with credibility across functions and with executives. Data‑driven mindset and experience using metrics to shape decisions and demonstrate program ROI. Pay Range Transparency Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected salary range for non‑commissionable roles or on‑target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job‑related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location.
