Compensation: $65k-$70k/annually
What You’ll Be Doing:
Supervising accounts payable support staff
Ensuring systems, policies, and procedures adhere to company policies
Overseeing payment transactions including ACH, wires, and paper checks
Performing data entry, validation, and processing of various accounts payable invoices
Tracking the status of all accounts payable transactions
Engaging with vendors as needed to resolve any issues
Standardizing procedures to generate in-house efficiency
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
A minimum of 5 years in an Accounts Payable Manager or related position
Advanced MS Excel Skills (including PivotTables)
Ability to learn new software quickly
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of basic chart of accounts, balance sheet, and income statement design
What Could Set You Apart:
Knowledge of multi-state sales and use tax requirements
Experience in multi-state accounting
QuickBooks experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
