Serve as the primary HR point of contact for the Kansas City office. The HR Generalist will provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This is a high‑impact role which will serve as backup to two existing HR professionals (Payroll and Benefits) and as a key partner to the HR Manager based in Chicago.
