Adventist Health has one of the largest networks of rural health clinics in California, representing 20 percent of the rural health clinics in the state. We are also one of the largest in the nation, providing care to more than 530,000 individuals in underserved rural communities. Spanish bilingual candidates are preferred but not required.
Practitioner will interview patients and construct comprehensive medical histories. Instructs patients about health maintenance and preventive care. Provides continuity of care. p>
Oversees the maintenance of adequate, concise, legible and up-to-date documentation of patient care. Makes note of problem medical, medication and discharge records, drug allergies, lab orders, subjective and objective data, diagnostic procedures, patient education and treatment.
Candidate must be BC/BE, be California licensed or eligible and meet the hospital's medical staff

Work Experience:
- Two years relevant Family Practice, clinic experience: p>
- Competitive Salary
- $30,000 via Adventist Health's Student Loan Assistance Program (paid over 5 years)

- $1,500/year CEU allowance plus 5 paid days for Full Time Employment
- $1,500/year for License, DEA, Board Certifications, Associations Fees for Full Time Employment
- Patient Visit Bonus of $5/per patient 301-500 and $10/per patient 501+ in a given month
- Malpractice coverage through Adventist Health

- PTO accrual per 80 hours worked
