As a member of the Transport Department, he/she shall be responsible for assisting the transport manager by supervising the captains, crews, and transport assistants by ensuring accurate timing, cost-effectiveness, and safety of all transfers. Candidate profile

• At least 2 years of working experience in a similar role in 5-star Resort • Hardworking with a positive and pleasant personality. • Friendly, courteous and professional personality • Ability to understand and communicate in English. • Ability to work under pressure, keep calm and positive in dealing with difficult situations. • Should be a team player and able to work long hours. Job Description

.Assist the Transport Manager in the day-to-day running of the transport operations, .Ensure all guest arrival and departure boats are clean, set up, and running on time. Ensure communication with the Front Office Department regarding any delays or boat issues. .Ensure the department runs cost-effectively, monitoring fuel consumption on all boats. .Communication with all Departments, ensuring the accuracy of all boat movement times. .Holding daily briefing meetings with all transport staff on shift covering the day ahead operations as a communication tool and to check the fitness of the team members for the duty .To advise the transport manager on any issues related to staff requests, conflicts, and disciplinary matters. .Ensuring company procedures are followed and relevant documentation is completed. .Forward planning and forecasting of future arrivals and departures, focusing on special requirements.
