What would you do?

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer with a strong background in IT infrastructure to join our team. This is a hybrid Onsite role requiring an on-site presence in Plano, TX, for three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).


Responsibilities:

  • Develop clear and concise technical documentation, including user manuals, procedure guides, and online help systems.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Review and edit existing documentation to improve clarity and consistency.
  • Adhere to established documentation standards and style guidelines.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in technical writing, computer science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on IT infrastructure documentation.
  • Strong understanding and ability to create accurate and informative diagrams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with documentation tools (e.g., MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker).
