Our prestigious client, a leading asset management firm, is seeking a full-time experienced paralegal/legal assistant to join their dynamic team. In this position, you’ll be at the heart of the action, working side by side with attorneys and becoming an integral part of the firm’s success. If you’re an ambitious self-starter with a background in personal injury, mass torts, or premises liability, this is an opportunity you won’t want to miss

Responsibilities:

- Be the main point of contact between the firm and clients, ensuring smooth communication.

- Gather case updates directly from clients.

- Review case information, identify gaps, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.

- Oversee daily operations of the firm’s case funding database.

- Create reports and spreadsheets for data analysis.

- Focus on paralegal duties, case management, and portfolio management with a client-facing role.

Qualifications:

- Experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant in personal injury, mass torts, or premises liability.

- Associate or bachelor's Degree.

- Availability to work five days a week in our Miami Beach office.

- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficient in Excel, including intermediate formulas and data analysis.
