**Description**

**Essential Responsibilities:**

* **Coordinate with credit administration to manage quality, profitability and risk profile of portfolio**

* **Review and analyze dealership financial statements to assess primary elements of risk to make recommendations**

* **Analyze and prepare dealer wholesale credit packages on new clients to provide recommendations to management**

* **Ensure that inventory renewals and financial reports are accurate and deadlines are met**

* **Compile supporting documentation for inventory financing**

* **Analyze and advise management and credit on portfolio performance**

* **Prepare monthly reports on portfolio outstanding and risk level**

* **Review documentation to ensure quality, accuracy and completeness**

* **Manage all field inventory and working capital audits and interact with clients to resolve discrepancies or violations**

* **Monitor inventory activities, credit lines, balances, payoff trends and over lines daily to ensure compliance with company policies and to minimize risk/losses**

* **Protect collateral by inspecting and evaluating dealer inventory, reviewing dealer journals and logs and reconcile with controller to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures**

* **Review audit results with controller or general manager and advise on audit violations**

* **Use information analyzed in the financial statements, inventory trends, audit reports to make recommendations for credit.**

* **Collect interest and principle payments**

* **Obeys all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)**

**Minimum Required Skills and Competencies****:**

**Excellent organizational skills** **Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally** **Demonstrated analytical ability and strong attention to detail** **Understanding of commercial credit and commercial and dealer lending principles** **Ability to analyze commercial financial statements, draw conclusions and make recommendations as needed**
