Working closely with the founder and industry experts, your responsibilities will include:Drive Email & Outreach Growth Marketing: Lead our outbound lead generation efforts. You’ll design, execute, and iterate on SDR-style email campaigns to engage potential partners and targeted consumer audiences, including direct phone outreach where optimal.Manage Organic Channels & Content Strategy: Curate and publish compelling content across social media and lifecycle marketing that educates, inspires, and converts—while strengthening Fitmate’s authentic voice. You’ll also help craft thought leadership pieces that highlight our unique point of view, drawing on insights from our coaching data to tell powerful, credible stories that resonate with both consumers and partners.Manage Partner Onboarding & Success: help support onboarding new partners and ensuring their ongoing success. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver a seamless partner experience, support activation, and help partners drive adoption and engagement.Support SEO Growth: Develop and execute SEO strategies that boost organic visibility, working alongside content and technical stakeholders to grow our inbound traffic through high-intent search terms.You’ll be a great fit if you meet these requirements:Have hands-on experience across multiple growth channels, especially email and lifecycle marketing, organic social, and SEO - with a strong track record of driving cost-effective acquisition and engagement, ideally in a digital health context.Excel at fast-cycle testing and iteration, whether it's refining SDR email flows, experimenting with SEO content angles, or trialing new messaging in social campaigns—you're comfortable launching lean experiments and optimizing quickly based on results.Own the details without outsourcing everything, from crafting high-converting email copy to monitoring post performance on social or tweaking metadata for SEO. You're both strategic and tactical.Apply structured thinking to marketing challenges, using a rigorous, data-informed approach to prioritize, test, and improve across diverse acquisition and engagement initiatives.Understand how to connect with consumers & partners, with a talent for writing compelling messaging that makes people feel seen and understood—whether it's a blog post, or an onboarding email.
