ResponsibilitiesLaunch the end-to-end launch process for Foundry Models & Labs, including tiering, timelines, and cross-functional orchestrationBe a strategic advisor to engineering and research teams for Foundry Labs to drive awareness and capture mindshare among AI enthusiastsDevelop and maintain a single source of truth for launch readiness using team practicesPartner with engineering, sales, and field teams to ensure alignment on launch deliverables and timelinesOwn the end-to-end product marketing lifecycle including naming, monetization, research, launch plans and moreDefine positioning, messaging, and value propositions for new partner models and emerging technologiesCollaborate with business planning on pricing and packaging for new products and servicesDrive awareness and adoption through showcase at Microsoft and industry events, campaigns, PR, social, executive, and thought leadership contentRequirementsMaster's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business OR equivalent experienceExperience developing and delivery of technical presentations and customer-facing content that clearly demonstrated product capabilities and business valueExperience creating sales-ready collateral including pitch decks, infographics, demo videos, and e-books to support customer engagement and drive conversionsExperience managing multiple complex product releases under tight timelines, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standardsPreferredExperience with generative AI models lifecycle marketingAbility to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and influence without authorityProven ability to create customer evidence, executive briefs, and distill complex insights for decision-makersDemonstrated technical thought partnership with product and engineering teams, influencing roadmap and strategic directionAptitude for quickly learning new and emerging technologiesExperience with AI/ML platforms and developer ecosystemsProficient storytelling skills and ability to translate technical capabilities into customer value #J-18808-Ljbffr
