National Contracting Center (www.nccagent.com) is a Medicare Field Marketing Organization (FMO) specializing in Medicare, ACA, and life insurance products. Our mission is to provide exceptional support and resources to independent agents and agencies, ensuring they have the tools and guidance to succeed in an ever-changing healthcare landscape. As we expand our footprint, we seek a strategic and visionary leader to join our senior team as the Head of Agent Recruiting.
The Head of Agent Recruiting will spearhead our outreach to Medicare agents and agencies and lead our efforts to recruit a robust network of independent 1099 insurance agents and agencies. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of Medicare products, digital marketing, and 1099 recruitment and sourcing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving growth and fostering agent relationships within the Medicare insurance industry. This person will be trusted to dive right in and use their initiative to achieve aggressive goals, joining and inspiring a team of like-minded go-getters to achieve our company vision.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and recruiting strategy to expand our network of 1099 Medicare agents, increase market share, and diversify our agent base nationally
- Conduct extensive and data-driven outreach to existing and new-to-Medicare agents and agencies through a variety of channels
- Lead, mentor, and manage the agent recruitment team to ensure alignment with company objectives and growth targets
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute strategic initiatives that drive brand recognition and agent engagement

- Collaborate with the marketing team and vendors to maintain a consistent brand image across all platforms, ensuring that recruiting materials align with the company's mission, vision, and values, and promote our value proposition to agents and agencies
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies, improve customer engagement, and drive lead generation for our recruiting team
- Develop innovative recruitment campaigns, including webinars, podcasts, social media campaigns, seminars, and other networking events, to attract and retain talented agents
- Leverage the latest digital marketing tools and technologies to maximize outreach and engagement with potential agents and agencies
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine marketing tactics and ensure the company remains competitive in the Medicare industry
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and recruitment initiatives
- Regularly assess campaign performance and share with senior leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement
- Continuously refine strategies based on data analysis and feedback to achieve optimal results
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Ten years of successful Medicare insurance marketing experience emphasizing data-driven strategy, seamless execution, and building mutually beneficial relationships
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and brand recognition
- Extensive experience recruiting 1099 insurance agents with a strong network of industry contacts
- demonstrated knowledge of Medicare and other Senior insurance products
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, PPC, and content marketing
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook), digital marketing platforms, and CRMs
- high level of technology/business acumen and experience with financial and data analysis
experience with online training platforms and videoconferencing tools, e.g., Teams, WebEx, GoToMeeting, Zoom
regular domestic travel isrequired for insurance industry events, recruitment, and networking events; a valid driver's license is required
