DirectShifts is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Endocrinologist to join our team in providing specialized care to patients with hormonal and metabolic disorders in the vibrant city of Atlanta, GA.

Job Description:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide range of endocrine conditions, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, pituitary disorders, adrenal disorders, and metabolic disorders.
  • Conduct comprehensive hormonal evaluations, interpret lab results, and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Manage patients with diabetes, including insulin therapy, blood sugar monitoring, and lifestyle counseling.
  • Treat thyroid disorders, including hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism, with medication and other therapies.
  • Address hormonal imbalances related to menopause, osteoporosis, and other conditions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in endocrinology through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism
  • Valid medical license in Georgia State
  • Extensive experience in diagnosing and treating endocrine disorders
  • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment
