What’s a typical day as a Mailroom Specialist? You’ll be:
• Sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments or individuals.
• Processing outgoing mail, ensuring accurate postage and timely dispatch.
• Maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing trackable mail.
• Operating mailroom equipment, including postage meters, mail sorters, and scanners.
• Assisting in the preparation of bulk mailings, including folding, stuffing, and sealing envelopes.
• Ensuring the mailroom is organized, clean, and safe at all times.
• Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Providing excellent customer service to internal and external partners.
• Collaborating with team members to improve mailroom processes and efficiency.
• Working on your feet or standing for long periods of time.
• Lifting/carrying up to 20 lbs.
• Pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Performing additional duties as assigned by the Mailroom Team Lead or Manager.

• Have the ability to lift/carry up to 20 lbs.
• Can push/pull up to 50 lbs.

• Are a team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
