OverviewSeasonal Event Merchandise Associate- Super Bowl 60. Join to apply for the Seasoned Event Merchandise role at ASM Global.ResponsibilitiesProvide a fun and professional environment for team members and fansProactively greet and assist all customers entering the locationUphold Legends standards and policiesComplete sales transactions efficiently and accurately while adhering to cash protection procedures; welcome all available opportunities to increase individual and venue performanceAssist as directed by your supervisor to ensure that your assigned location is neat, organized, clean and fully stocked for all events and set upAssist with stocking of merchandiseComplete other duties as assigned by management and supervisionQualificationsAll applicants must be at least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.Must be friendly, self-motivated, and love meeting new people in an exciting event settingWillingness and drive to exceed guest expectationsMust be able to work in a fast-paced and continuously changing environmentMust maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodationAbility to stand, walk, bend and move throughout the venue for extended periods of timeAbility to transport up to 30 lbs on a continuous basisBasic math skills; ability to accurately count change and balance bankAbility to work independently or in a team during set up and to get tasks done efficientlyAbility to communicate effectively with supervisor and guestsAbility to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members along with willingness to set and maintain high standards of performanceMust be flexible to work extended hours including late nights, weekends and holidaysPractice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations including but not limited to Legends’ COVID Preparedness Plan and Standard Operating Procedures, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety trainingFollow and encourage your team to follow all safety policies and procedures, looking for and reporting any unsafe work conditions, and complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety trainingCompensationCompetitive salary, commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan. $17/hourWorking ConditionsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
