Different guests want different things, and we are here to build and provide a tailored retail experience.The RoleEssential FunctionsProvide an exciting, positive, and fun environment for our diverse team & fan baseGreet guests & ascertain their interest, so you may make sales recommendationsExcellent accuracy when using POS systemsDemonstrate ownership in cleaning, re-stocking, & any other tasks assigned by supervisorPresent merchandise to increase sale with add on itemsMust be able to describe merchandise features, benefits, and explain useKeep current on promotions & sales in store: and eventsMaintain inventory, merchandise placement, and accurate counts. Assist in inventoryContinually increase knowledge of product, and facilityOther duties as assigned by supervisorMust be able to read & implement plan-o-gramsAssist the Gift Shop set-up team with the merchandising of event gift shops including plan-o-grams, merchandise placement, inventory control, cleaning of shops & fixturesQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm.
