Lead a dynamic and transformational project management team who manage projects to implement new, enhanced or derivative IT solutions. This role is crucial in driving the company's growth and strategic alignment by ensuring successful project execution of high-quality, technology products that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Primary Responsibilities

* Standardize and improve project management practices to ensure successful, high-quality project delivery.
* Provide project oversight, support, and guidance for project management activities.
* Manage the portfolio of projects.
* Be a leader of change and serve as a guide for team members.
* Lead and support ongoing growth and development.
