Practice Highlights
- Provide primary care/clinical procedures, and admin services, in a teaching CHC, under a model practice agreement plan per WA regs.
- Flexible schedule to include 32 hours patient facing and 8 hours admin time.
- Expected visits per day 17-19+ or total visits of 726-812+ per quarter to meet productivity and community need.
- Must have strong clinical training/experience to meet the needs of a complex patient population.
- Our highly collegial Interdisciplinary team includes Faculty Physicians, Clinicians, Resident Physicians, APPs, Pharmacists, BHCs, and nursing.
- Integrated services including primary care behavioral health with BHCs on site.
- Excellent support and resources provided.
- Working with, and sensitive to a marginalized patient population in a FQHC/CHC setting would be a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish would be a plus.
- EMR: OCHIN EPIC.
Total Rewards

- Base Salary: $120k-$125k DOE with uncapped encounter-based productivity incentives. Potential bonus earnings of over $20k per year based on 19 visits per day (812 visits per quarter). Bonus increases with increased visits.
- Physician Assistant Certification.
- WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license.
- DEA certificate.
- Great peer references and in good standing.
- Approved for credentialing with health plans, Medicare, Medicaid.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years as a PA preferably working in a PC/UC setting.

- Central WA location has over 300 days of sunshine with 4 mild yet distinctive seasons.
- Area known for its wineries/vineyards, microbreweries, picturesque scenery with panoramic views of Mt. Adams and Mt. Rainier, fishing, camping, skiing, hunting, hiking, biking, water sports, boating, outdoor concerts, parks-including doggie parks, golfing, drive up espresso stands, and one of the top agricultural hubs in the nation.
