Our client is a rapidly growing service company that needs a leader for their accounting department They are an employee‑owned company (ESOP) where all employees receive ownership shares The company understands the need for flexibility and is open to starting/leaving early or starting/leaving late Generous PTO and vacation time (start with 3 weeks with additional hours added every year) This is a great opportunity for a Senior Accountant or an Accounting Supervisor that wants to learn and grow with a company Accounting Manager Responsibilities Supervise, train and mentor a staff of 3 and manage day‑to‑day accounting operations (AP, AR, Expense Reports, Credit Cards, etc.) Responsible for month end and year end close Post journal entries The Accounting Manager is responsible for accruals, fixed assets, revenue recognition, and accounting consolidation Ensure Balance Sheet accounts are reconciled on a recurring basis as required The Accounting Manager will prepare monthly Financial Statements Preferred Qualifications Of The Accounting Manager Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience ERP systems experience Work Model Hybrid, with 2 days work from home per week available (following 60 days of on‑boarding) Compensation $93,500 - $109,500 Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries Accounting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at CFS by 2x.
