ENTRY LEVEL

Pay Rate:
$16.50 per hour
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00am-3:00, 30-minute lunch. Some OT may be available but not the standard. No flex schedules.
Start Date: ASAP

What’s a typical day as a Document Specialist/Mail Clerk? You’ll be:
• Handling Fulfillment orders with inserting multiple pieces in a folder and/or envelopes in a timely and efficient manner
• Satisfying customers according to company standards of quality and output by prepping, scanning, inspecting, compiling, assembling, and binding documents.
 • Achieving customer satisfaction by consistently prepping, scanning, inspecting, compiling, and assembling projects accurately in a timely manner.
• Meeting deadlines by working at a quick and steady pace while maintaining quality/error-free work.
• Achieving Time Productive statistics by meeting standards established by the facility.
 • Meeting company production standards by achieving the Impressions per Hour (IPH) rate in accordance with standards established.
• Maintaining optimal machine performance by correcting simple machine problems and having a working knowledge of machine codes to report in the event of equipment failure.
• Completing all paperwork in a timely, accurate, and legible manner.
• Troubleshooting problems by communicating effectively and promptly to the manager.
• Preventing assembly errors by maintaining an organized work station.

• Must be able to stand for entire shift
 • Have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
