Boston Partners is an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of ORIX Corporation of Japan.We are looking for a Compliance Analyst in our Boston office to support our compliance program and work on a variety of time-sensitive and confidential investment-related matters.**Responsibilities:*** Perform ongoing investment guideline review and reporting for a variety of equity accounts, including separately managed institutional portfolios and mutual funds.* Monitor and review automated exception reports.* Prepare client guideline certifications on a regular basis and as needed.* Liaise with equity trading desks to research and resolve client guideline questions and issues.* Perform periodic audits of policies and procedures.* Maintain and enhance policies and procedures manuals as warranted.* Provide backup for compliance staff.* Complete special projects as needed.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree.* Strong analytic and organizational skills with good attention to detail; able to prioritize in fast-paced environment.* Proficiency in MS Word/Excel.* Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor as position requires interaction with employees throughout the firm, including senior management.* 1-2 years of related experience; experience in asset management or investment management industry a plus.* Working knowledge of Charles River IMS Compliance Monitoring and Management system a plus.**Compensation:**The pay range for this position is $60,000-$70,000.It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and where applicable, licensure or certification obtained. Market and Firm factors are also considered.
