We are looking for a Compliance Analyst in our Boston office to support our compliance program and work on a variety of time-sensitive and confidential investment-related matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform ongoing investment guideline review and reporting for a variety of equity accounts, including separately managed institutional portfolios and mutual funds.
  • Monitor and review automated exception reports.
  • Prepare client guideline certifications on a regular basis and as needed.
  • Liaise with equity trading desks to research and resolve client guideline questions and issues.
  • Perform periodic audits of policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and enhance policies and procedures manuals as warranted.
  • Provide backup for compliance staff.
  • Complete special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong analytic and organizational skills with good attention to detail; able to prioritize in fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Word/Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor as position requires interaction with employees throughout the firm, including senior management.
  • 1-2 years of related experience; experience in asset management or investment management industry a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Charles River IMS Compliance Monitoring and Management system a plus.

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $60,000-$70,000.
