Coordinar el uso de presupuesto para cada campaña junto al equipo "Cross-Marca" garantizando al consumidor una experiencia de marca de 360.RequisitosProfesional del área Comercial, Marketing o ramas afines.Experiencia de 2 años en cargos similares.Conocimiento de la industria del diseño y creatividad.Manejo presupuestario, plan de marketing y preparación de Sell-Inplan.Experiencia en ATL, digital y/o manejo de eventos.Sensibilidad para leer tendencias, requisitos de marcas y su aplicación en el mercado local.Manejo de Excel avanzado.Inglés escrito y oral nivel avanzado.Disponibilidad inmediata.INGRESO ECONOMICOSueldo FijoFUNCIONESElaborar junto al Business Unit Manager el Plan de Marketing 360 anual para las diferentes campañas omnicanales (estrategias de medios: ATL, BTL y digital).Elaborar y revisar el Plan de Marketing trimestral 90, 60, 30 identificando todas las actividades a realizar y estableciendo KPIs en coordinación con el Business Unit Manager y Product Manager.Responsable por un plan localizado y ejecutar el presupuesto en medios de comunicación tradicionales y digital junto a activaciones BTL y ATL.Negociar con proveedores buscando optimizar costos.Elaborar el presupuesto por campaña en función al presupuesto anual asignado, garantizando la optimización de los recursos y gestionar su aprobación con Gerencia de Marketing.Elaborar la Orden de Compra y gestionar la aprobación con el Gerente de Marketing.Elaborar reporte evaluación 360 por campaña, preparando resultado de Brand activation y consolidando data de TM, VM y Sell-Out.Cumplir con los procedimientos de compras y rendiciones de fondos marketing, entregando los respaldos en los plazos establecidos al área de contabilidad.Mantener relaciones mutuamente beneficiosas con los proveedores de marca, participando de reuniones y cumpliendo con los requerimientos definidos.Realizar visitas trimestrales a las sucursales verificando el cumplimiento de los estándares de la marca.Realizar la presentación semestral de las estrategias de Marketing de las marcas.Cumplir con el Plan de capacitaciones del área.BENEFICIOSOportunidad de desarrollo profesional y crecimiento dentro de la empresaEstabilidad LaboralAprendizaje y contacto con marcas internacionalesIntegración a un equipo joven y multidisciplinarioSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketing and SalesIndustriesTechnology, Information and Internet #J-18808-Ljbffr
