We're scaling fast and building the foundation for a new category in science-backed nutrition - and we're looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to help make it happen.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team and help bring the mBIOTA brand portfolio to life across campaigns, content, partnerships, and experiences.

This role will work closely with the VP of Marketing to execute integrated brand initiatives - from influencer and PR programs to product launches, retail partnerships, and trade events. You'll help translate strategy into action, keeping projects organized, creative aligned, and communication flowing across teams.

You'll work across multiple brands within the mBIOTA Labs portfolio, adapting between clinical and lifestyle storytelling with equal ease. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role for someone who thrives in execution but also brings fresh creative ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Campaigns & Content

  • Support the VP of Marketing in executing integrated campaigns, product launches, and seasonal storytelling moments across multiple brands under the mBIOTA Labs umbrella.
  • Write and manage creative briefs, ensuring assets align with each brand's positioning, audience, and tone.
  • Oversee campaign timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional alignment across creative, product, and digital teams.
  • Partner with internal and freelance creative talent on photoshoots, video content, and brand visuals.
  • Develop and manage content strategy for mBIOTA's editorial and blog platform - collaborating with internal teams, writers, and medical experts to create content that bridges clinical and lifestyle narratives.
  • Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager on blog SEO optimization, keyword integration, and performance tracking.
  • Manage sample programs, seeding lists, and internal coordination for gifting and production.

Influencer, PR & Partnerships

  • Lead day-to-day influencer and ambassador outreach, gifting, and relationship management.
  • Support PR initiatives, including media coordination, press mailers, and product placement.
  • Identify and help execute brand and retail partnerships that drive awareness, credibility, and distribution opportunities.
  • Maintain campaign tracking and ROI reporting for influencer, PR, and partnership programs.
  • Oversee affiliate and partnership marketing strategy in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager - aligning program growth with influencer, PR, and content initiatives.

Events, Activations & Sales Support

  • Assist in planning and executing trade shows, conferences, meetings and experiential events that represent each brand's aesthetic and mission.
  • Coordinate logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships for brand activations, sampling, and retail experiences.
  • Partner with sales teams to support collateral needs, trade marketing materials, and communication tools that strengthen storytelling across practitioner and retail channels.
  • Ensure all customer-facing materials reflect updated brand messaging and visual identity.

Social & Creative Coordination

  • Partner closely with the Content & Social Manager to align on creative direction, visual storytelling, and content planning for organic social channels.
  • Ensure social content ladders up to broader brand campaigns and reflects current product, partnership, and community initiatives.
  • Maintain cross-team visibility into campaign creative, ensuring consistency across digital, social, and physical touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with the Art Director to ensure visual alignment across all creative assets and brand expressions.

Project Management & Operations

  • Maintain the master brand marketing calendar - ensuring alignment across campaigns, brands, and departments.
  • Manage vendor and agency partners, budgets, timelines, and approvals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure cohesive storytelling across organic and paid channels.
  • Drive process improvement for workflow efficiency across creative, content, and event initiatives.
  • Manage project workflows, timelines, and deliverables in Asana to ensure cross-functional visibility and accountability.

What You Bring

  • 5–7 years of experience in brand marketing, communications, or integrated marketing at a consumer brand (health, beauty, wellness, or CPG preferred).
  • Experience managing multiple brands or sub-brands, with an ability to toggle between distinct tones and audiences.
  • Strong understanding of brand storytelling, influencer and PR strategy, experiential marketing, and retail collaboration.
  • Experience supporting sales and trade marketing teams with collateral, presentations, and event coordination.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills — able to juggle multiple priorities with focus and follow-through.
  • Manage project workflows, timelines, and deliverables in Asana, ensuring visibility and alignment across teams.
  • Exceptional taste and attention to detail; you understand what makes a brand feel premium and consistent.
  • Clear, concise communicator who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Comfortable moving between ideation and execution.
  • Passion for science-backed wellness and helping people feel better from the inside out.
