Actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. Locations (Texas) Greenville, Sulphur Springs, Longview, Mineola, Mt Vernon. Relocation is REQUIRED (6-8 skilled nursing centers). Your Job Summary The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) for the East Texas Portfolio serves as the operational leader for a network of skilled nursing facilities, responsible for achieving excellence in clinical outcomes, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and employee engagement. This role requires a hands‑on leader who can guide Administrators to operate with ownership and accountability, while cultivating a culture of teamwork, transparency, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of assigned skilled nursing facilities, ensuring alignment with company standards, regulatory requirements, and performance expectations. Drive budget performance, monitor key metrics (EBITDA, census, payer mix), and implement strategies to ensure financial health and sustainability. Partner with clinical leadership to maintain survey readiness, promote quality improvement initiatives, and achieve superior resident care outcomes. Coach and mentor Administrators, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and growth. Engage with other RDOs, regional leaders, and corporate departments to share best practices, solve challenges, and build a unified operational network across states. Identify opportunities for operational improvement, innovation, and growth within the East Texas region. Ensure adherence to all state and federal regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards. Lead by example, creating an environment of trust, respect, and teamwork that aligns with OPCO’s mission and values. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of multi‑facility operational leadership experience in skilled nursing or long‑term care. Proven record of improving clinical and financial outcomes. Strong understanding of Texas regulatory environment. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor Administrators and interdisciplinary teams. Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field. Must hold or be eligible for a Texas Nursing Home Administrator (LNFA) license.
