Base pay range $105,000.00/yr – $215,000.00/yr Job Description Under general supervision, you will innovate and build new systems, improve and enhance existing systems, and identify new opportunities to apply knowledge to solve critical problems. You will lead strategy and execution of a technical roadmap to increase velocity of delivering products and new engineering capabilities. Essential Functions Provide technical and thought leadership to the enterprise. Collaborate with product managers, team members, customers, and other engineering teams to ensure the security, availability, and performance of containerized applications. Utilize programming languages, databases (.NET, Python, Java, GoLang, Node.js), and a variety of Azure tools and services. Support the deployment, scaling, and lifecycle management of containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and related orchestration platforms. Hold accountability for the quality, usability, and performance of the solutions. Influence and build vision with product managers, team members, customers, and other engineering teams to solve complex problems for enterprise‑class business applications. Act as a role model, mentoring and coaching engineers to strengthen technical expertise and knowledge within the engineering and product community. Influence and educate executives, sharing best practices and improving processes within and across teams. Analyze cost and forecast to incorporate into business plans. Determine and support resource requirements, evaluate operational processes, measure outcomes to ensure desired results, demonstrate adaptability, and sponsor continuous learning. Adhere to the Code of Conduct, company policies, and operating principles. Meet attendance standards at the business location to perform job functions and facilitate interaction with management and co‑workers. Meet the requirements specified below. Perform essential functions including seeing, hearing, typing, speaking, and using a PC. Follow complex instructions, resolve conflicts, and demonstrate strong organizational and priority‑setting skills. Multi‑task and handle competing priorities and projects. Learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information. Apply software coding standards and processes. Provide system training to team members as needed. Communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally through oral or written means. Perform under pressure and stressful situations. May be required to be on call for production support 24x7. Concentrate and demonstrate capacity for rapid learning of technical concepts and new technologies. Required Qualifications And Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience. 4+ years of experience developing and running container orchestration platforms for large enterprises at scale. 3+ years of experience with architecture and design. 3+ years of experience with open‑source frameworks (desired). 2+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service. Annual Salary $105,000.00 – $215,000.00 (annual). The final salary will reflect scope, responsibilities, and experience.
