Join to apply for the Senior Tax Associate role at Soni Soni’s Client is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Associate to support a growing firm and contribute to a high-performing tax practice. This hybrid role is based out of Cherry Hill, NJ and offers strong client interaction, technical growth, and advancement opportunities. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, fiduciary, and estate tax returns. Assist with tax planning, research, and technical analysis across diverse client engagements. Support engagement lifecycle from initial planning through final delivery. Communicate directly with clients to address questions and gather necessary documentation. Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate, timely completion of work. Maintain organized workflow across multiple projects simultaneously. Stay current on tax law changes, compliance updates, and best practices. Assist with documentation, workpapers, and audit support as needed. Uphold firm standards of quality, accuracy, and professional integrity. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA license or progress toward CPA strongly preferred. 3–5+ years of public accounting experience with a tax focus. Experience preparing and reviewing various types of tax returns. Strong communication, client service, and organizational skills. Ability to manage deadlines while supporting multiple engagements. Proficiency with CCH Access and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Compensation $95,00 to $105,000 annually Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
