Descripcin / Resumen:

Buscamos un perfil con FP superior o grado de ingeniera en electrnica, informtica o similar, con buen nivel de ingls, capaz de: Realizar las tareas de integracin, mantenimiento, instalacin y formacin de los equipos de Graphic Communication, de acuerdo con las instrucciones y directrices de la BD, a fin de conseguir los objetivos establecidos por la compaa.

Responsabilidades:

Realizar instalaciones, reparaciones ,formaciones bsicas y mantenimientos preventivos del porfolio de equipamiento de Graphics

Atencin telefnica al cliente para diagnosticar la incidencia con la maquinara y ofrecer la respuesta ms rpida posible, dando un seguimiento hasta la resolucin de esta.

Solicitar a customer service la gestin administrativa para la aprobacin de presupuestos y la posterior solicitud de las piezas.

Realizar demostraciones en cliente.

Calificaciones:

Formacin Profesional Superior o Grado en Ingeniera o similar (electrnica, informtica)

Ingls nivel alto

Conocimientos tcnicos:

Conocimientos en mecnica, electricidad, electrnica industrial e informtica.

Conocimiento del mbito de impresin digital y/o analgica.

Conocimiento en redes y conectividades.

Conocimientos informticos:

Paquete Office nivel usuario.

Sistemas Operativos (Mac, Linux y Windows)

Paquete Adobe nivel avanzado.

Paquetes especficos de RIP y de flujos de trabajo.

Job Description:

We are looking for a profile with higher vocational training or engineering degree in electronics, computer science or similar, with a good level of English, able to: Perform the tasks of integration, maintenance, installation and training of Graphic Communication equipment, according to the instructions and guidelines of the BD, in order to achieve the objectives set by the company.

Responsibilities:

Perform installations, repairs, basic training and preventive maintenance of the Graphics equipment portfolio.

Telephone customer service to diagnose the incidence with the machinery and offer the fastest possible response, giving a follow-up until the resolution of this.

Request to customer service the administrative management for the approval of budgets and the subsequent request of the parts.

Perform customer demonstrations.

Qualifications:

Higher Vocational Training or Degree in Engineering or similar (electronics, computer science)

High level of English

Technical knowledge:

Knowledge in mechanics, electricity, industrial electronics and computer science.

Knowledge in the field of digital and/or analog printing.

Knowledge in networks and connectivity.

Computer skills:

Office package user level.

Operating Systems (Mac, Linux and Windows).

Adobe package advanced level.

Specific RIP and workflow packages.
