Duration: 6-month contract-to-hire (with potential for conversion to full-time employment after 6 months)

Work Schedule: 12 PM to 9 PM CST, 4 days a week (Monday to Thursday), remote on Fridays

Essential Skills:

  • Minimum of 6-9 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
  • Strong proficiency in Sales Cloud development, including configuration, customization, and integration
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively with offshore development teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Marketing Cloud development
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Experience (Community) Cloud

Job Description:

As a Lead Salesforce Developer, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our Salesforce implementation and ongoing maintenance. You will be responsible for leading a team of offshore developers, designing and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions, and ensuring the highest quality of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of offshore Salesforce developers
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Design, develop, and implement complex Salesforce customizations and integrations
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the Salesforce team
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues
  • Participate in Agile development ceremonies (e.g., planning, grooming, stand-ups, retrospectives)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum of 6-9 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
  • Strong proficiency in Sales Cloud development
  • Experience leading and collaborating with offshore teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
