Tasks in the role Collaborate with sales leadership to identify and address gaps in the sales process and work to ensure that our sales teams have the resources they need to succeed and drive revenue growth Create and deliver programs, processes, and tools that enable our enterprise BDRs and SMB AEs to be more effective in their sales motions Support the career advancement of BDRs for those working toward a sales position Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales operations, product, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and approach Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sales, sales enablement and bring new ideas and approaches to the team What we're looking for 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related sales support role Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to deliver engaging training Experience creating sales resources such as playbooks, decks, or process guides Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Seismic, Chorus, or Salesloft Collaborative mindset with experience working across sales, marketing, and product teams Team Overview The Sales team is at the forefront of empowering businesses to achieve online visibility and digital marketing success.
