The Back of House Associate will assist with all inventory activities and will be responsible for auditing to ensure accurate inventory counts.ResponsibilitiesOutlined below is what we see you doing at this point in time. We are a fast-growing company looking for people that are excited to grow along with us. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Assist in initial loss prevention processes. Maintain organized and consistent stocking and packaging systems for inputs, outputs, and intermediates. Maintain a clean and safe work environment that ensures the compliance storage of all items in an operational manner. Use and maintain all inventory tracking systems. Audit the physical inventory to ensure that the virtual inventory aligns precisely. Maintain PAR levels of inventory of solvents and gasses. Handle inventory listings in METRC. Track both regulated and non-regulated inventory. Maintain accurate records including audits and manifests. Will be required to flex to different departments including but not limited to: reception, sales floor, inventory, delivery, curbside, and fulfillment. The Experience You Bring and the Skills we Need: Knowledgeable in METRC. Microsoft office suite. General knowledge of Google Documents and Microsoft Excel. Superior communication skills. Must be highly organized and have extreme attention to detail while multitasking. Solution oriented. Can work fast and be flexible; our industry is always changing. Problem solving skills This is a dynamic team, and as such daily tasks may vary, resulting in a fast-paced and lively work environment.Physical Requirements Regularly required to stand/walk for entire shift. Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. Frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
