Responsibilities
- Handle Phone Calls: Answer incoming phone calls, direct them to the appropriate personnel, and take messages as needed.
- Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and site visits for the construction team.
- Invoice Processing: Process invoices for vendors, following up to assure they are paid.
- Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Documentation: Maintain organized records and files, both electronic and paper-based.
- Office Support: Assist with general office duties, including data entry, photocopying, and filing.
- Communication: Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members and external parties.
- Other Duties: Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the team and ensure efficient office operations.
