As a Multi-Site Leasing Call Center Specialist, you will assist property managers in filling vacant units by advertising, taking calls/inquiries, and showing units to customers. Quick responses to inquiries and effective advertising of vacant apartments are key aspects of this role.
HOURS CAN BE BETWEEN 6AM-7PM PST
Pay: $18-23/hour Commission
ONSITE: La Palma and multi-sites as needed
Key Responsibilities:
Advertise and market vacant apartments through various channels and websites.
Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Show available units to prospective tenants, highlighting features and benefits.
Assist property managers in filling vacant units and achieving occupancy goals.
Meet daily qualitative and quantitative targets for yourself and your team.
Collaborate with managers and supervisors to coordinate unit showings.
Utilize Yardi software for leasing activities and record-keeping.
Be adaptable, flexible, and patient in handling various leasing tasks.
Perform other related duties as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in leasing (required).
Proficiency in Yardi software is a must.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Excellent customer service skills.
Bilingual - ability to speak Spanish preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Tech-savvy with the ability to work with multiple websites.
Motivated and driven to contribute to personal and company growth.
Experience working in a call center or customer-support role.
*Reliable Transportation, must be open to travel 80-100 miles per day at times to visit multi-sites
Facebook, able to use personal FB to post positions, commission involved
Ability to relocate upon request.

8-hour shift. HOURS BETWEEN 6AM-7PMPST
Weekend availability, some locations will be open Saturday
Work Location: In person, onsite in La Palma, CA.
