Required Skills and Qualifications Extensive architectural expertise across commercial, industrial, and municipal applications. Strong technical proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant software. Proven project management experience, including managing budgets, schedules, and client expectations. Demonstrated leadership, team‑building, and strategic thinking abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. In‑depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work. Education and Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Licensed Architect. Licensure in the State of Alabama is required, with the ability to obtain licenses in other states where Watermark practices.
