Job Description:
  • The CSR will answer phone calls in our inbound/outbound call center.
  • Resolve caller's inquiries and escalate issues as necessary to the supervisor.
  • Collect and Process Payments as Needed
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, if applying for the Bilingual opening.
  • Strong attention to detail along with personal satisfaction from working diligently through details.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
  • 2+ years of experience in an office environment performing data entry, administrative, or call center functions
  • PC skills including proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude
Preferable:
  • Call center experience
  • Ability to type 40 WPM
