Role Description This is a full-time Franchise Business Consultant role based in CA, with the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. The Franchise Business Consultant will serve as a trusted advisor for franchisees, offering guidance on business planning, operations management, and franchising best practices. Day‑to‑day tasks will include analyzing P&L performance, providing management consulting, and ensuring brand compliance across franchise locations. The role requires the ability to collaborate effectively with franchise owners to drive profitability and operational success.
