The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will support the factory operations by alleviating technical and logistical issues, providing corrective action for quality issues, and provide optimization for design and manufacturing opportunities.What You Will DoApplying manufacturing engineering skillsets across the extended value stream to resolve constraints and improve process and product designsLeverage knowledge and technical skills to influence business decisions and results from new designs to recurring productionDesign, control, and improve the producibility of products through collaboration with a multi-disciplined teamLead and coordinate projects, efforts and improvements across the extended value streamsAct as the manufacturing and producibility authority within the programAct as a mentor and trainer to manufacturing engineersIdentify and resolve constraints across the programParticipate in corrective action investigationProvide technical input and peer review to engineering design changesProvide technical guidance and problem solving to factory engineersQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.Ability to obtain and maintain an Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Access (ATF).The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
